Good quality management doesn’t have to be complex. The module itself has three key sub-modules.

Incident Tracking, Corrective/Preventative Actions, (CAPA):

Any and all incidents are tracked with a system that is incorporated into your established workflows and processes - no need to learn a new system or change the way you work. There is no limit to the number of employees or steps. And with Digital Warehouse, notifications are automatic, ensuring no delays or issues can go dormant due to employees "not knowing." Every step of each process is automatically logged into the system’s history/audit trail. This includes detailed task data - such as who and when - for detailed tracking.

Staff Training:

Scheduling is automatic - based on job position, or any other chosen criteria, with notices of which employees need specific training or retraining. Training certificates are easy to pull from the system. Critical operations data - including costs, locations, training suppliers and related expenses - are ready for analysis with all data housed on a reliable Microsoft SQL database.

Equipment Management:

Digital Warehouse simplifies equipment and asset tracking giving you the details you need to track equipment, monitor preventative maintenance and know who used what for what.

Automatic notifications when equipment is due for maintenance eliminate the guesswork. When work is done, detailed records can be input into the system along with costs for later analysis. Certificates of validation are online for easy access for all.

Inventory:
