This years show was a great success. Not only from a business point of view but also having the opportunity to meet many great people in the records management industry is something we will always value.
With the latest release of Digital Warehouse on display, we consistently received praise for “ease of use” and a high level of functionality for managing hard copy paper. Plus with Digital Warehouse being 100% web based and developed with .NET technology, even the Information Technology (IT) managers in the crowd were enthusiastic about learning more.
At the 2008 ARMA show a definite emphasis was placed on software to improve efficiency in all aspects of records management. Retention and location management were just a couple of the main issues attendees were expressing to us. We all know the benefits of maintaining a proper retention schedule for your physical records can be beneficial in many ways, to help save a lot of time and a lot of money. Digital Warehouse quickly demonstrated its ability to help any size organization benefit from a properly maintained records collection.
Attendees saw location management features in Digital Warehouse that even solutions costing 5x more could not provide.
In closing. we also want to thank the organizations that saw value and appeal in DataRealm, the company. We welcome the opportunity to partner with other vendors to offer complete solutions for any type of records management application.

Digital Warehouse is a hit in Anchorage.
Digital Warehouse
was on the road again.
This time at PRISMs' (professional records and information
services management) annual conference in Anchorage,
Alaska.
The show was focused on helping record centres and other
companies that provide themselves and clients with protection,
access, retention, storage and disposal of vital information.
With a great turn out, the show was definitely a success
and again, Digital Warehouse attracted many visitors to
our booth because of the many new and improved feature
sets.
The conversations we had during the 3 day event reinforced
the fact that physical records management is very important.
That is Digital Warehouses main purpose, to better manage
physical data and help make your record centre operate
efficiently.
Being 100% web based with full functionality is a tool
that many (large and small, established or just starting
out) record centres want to take advantage of.
